Postcard perfect

I was in Paris about a month ago on holiday - it was 8 days of pure bliss. I also got to take photos with my new camera. - bare with me as I learn to use my new gadget. I love it, but I'm still learning.

This photo was taken when we spent a Sunday afternoon at Jardin du Luxembourg sipping wine. I saturated the colour on this photo and thinks it looks like post card.

Bag bonanza

I have been coveting a Missibaba bag for a very long time. For my 30th my family bought me a beautiful Vicious Fishes bag. I love it so much and then my excitement tripled when Missibaba hosted a studio closing sale and I manged to snag a second bag thanks to a birthday contribution from friends.

Starting your day differently...

My husband recently sold his car and we've decided to see if we can cope with one car between the two of us. Most people in this country rely on public transport so we think with a bit of patience, compromise and adjustment we can make it work.
Yesterday morning I had a meeting in Gardens. My husband dropped me off as he needed the car to get to meetings during the day. After my meeting I walked through Cape Town's Company Gardens and then along Adderley Street to work. It was a great start to my day and week.
